We have nine individual Suites to choose from, all with private decks, full bathrooms and stunning sea views.

Guests may also choose to book the magnificent double-storey Private House, with three en-suite rooms.

The Private House has private access, a spacious lounge with fireplace, private plunge pool on the deck, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, bar and dining area for effortless entertaining.

The reserve is home to more than 220 species of bird and 30 animal species, including giraffe, zebra, sable and many others than can often be viewed from your suite.

On-site attractions include game dries, guided bush walks, spa treatments, fine dining, games room, swimming and beach activities.

From golf to fishing, birdwatching and more, there are also many other activities to be enjoyed in and around the charming town of Port Alfred.

The 3 Lodge Suites combine comfort with an authentic ambiance inspired by regional artifacts and animals. Each suite is individually appointed, in the theme of the animals guests might encounter while at the reserve.

The suites form part of the main lodge with access to the games room. Draw back the curtains and step onto your private deck with its beautiful views out into the unspoiled beaches of the Eastern Cape.

The suites feature individual temperature-control and bathroom underfloor heating, private wooden deck sea views, handcrafted furnishings, antiques, and artifacts, custom-made super king-size beds, spacious bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower, jet bath, a ‘his and hers’ vanity area, large lounge area, satellite TV, DVD, worldwide plugs and converters, Wi-fi and in-room safes.

Each of the 4 Ocean Suites radiates an atmosphere of a classic lodge. The thatched entrance leads through to a comfortable lounge area synonymous of an era of understated elegance, and each open onto a considerable and private wooden deck overlooking the ocean and the reserve, with a 180° view.

These suites have all the features of a lodge suite as well as a sleeper couch.

The Private Ocean House is 268 square metres of exquisite luxury, with three large bedrooms and opulent bathrooms to match.

The Private Ocean House is designed to showcase the ultimate in style. It has been appointed with decorative features considered to welcome guests into a calming ambience, which is enhanced by original antiques and artefacts displayed throughout.

The private house also features spacious lounge with fireplace, tastefully appointed dining facilities, fully equipped bar, extensive kitchen, where our chef can prepare meals from (on request).
