• The rates on our website are strictly applicable to SA / SADC Residents with proof of valid ID or Valid SA Driver’s licence.
• We have negotiated highly discounted rates for SA & SADC Residents with all our luxury lodge partners.
• International Residents, please contact us for a discounted overseas rate.  

COVID – 19

• All quotations are subject to the South African COVID-19 lockdown regulations and are subject to the terms & conditions of each lodge quoted and within our portfolio. 
• We represent and market lodges, we do not own them.

FLEXIBLE BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

• During COVID-19 time, we will consider, on merit, requests for flexible payment terms according to our Terms & Conditions and that of the lodges we represent at the time of booking.

FIND A LOWER RATE, WE WILL MATCH IT!

• If you find a lower rate for same lodge with the EXACT MATCH e.g room category, date of travel etc..etc..,  we will consider it, based on full valid proof of the source of the lower rate.

GENERAL

• Rates are based on per person per night sharing (pppns), unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum stay is 2 nights.
• Single supplement applies with the exception of a few lodges. Available on a request basis.
• Rates are date dependant and vary between low, high, peak periods.
• Please contact us for rates on lodges not on our website.
• All rates are subject to change until full payment has been received. 
• Within our portfolio we have a select number of lodges that are children friendly, wheelchair friendly, cater for kosher or halal food on request, romantic getaways with private plunge pools, luxury tents, walking safaris, small weddings & conference groups.
• All accommodation and additional services are subject to availability at the time of booking
